About Me

I am a information security professional (CISSP), certified information systems auditor (CISA) and qualified security assessor (QSA) with over 15 years experience across a variety of industries.  I currently manage a team of consultants that conduct payment card industry security assessments (PCI DSS).  I work with companies from small businesses to the largest corporations in the world ensuring that when you give them your data that it stays secure in their systems.  Because of my job, I travel all over the world to the tune of around 100,000 miles a year.  I have been to five of the seven continents and to 29 countries.

Prior to my current career, I spent 11 years in the U.S. Army Infantry, and served in Desert Storm.

I am a licensed Realtor in Texas and should have my brokers license this year.  I am also a serial entrepreneur who has started several companies, so I am always on the lookout for that next big deal!

I am married to a wonderful woman with two incredible children, and I like to play golf (however poorly), go camping with my kids, and coach football and baseball.  I also spend about twelve hours a day behind the computer working on one thing or the other.
